Your FNHA Counselling Benefits
We believe that mental health care should be accessible and stress-free. Through the FNHA Mental Health Benefit program, your sessions are fully funded.
- 100% Fully Covered: There is $0 out-of-pocket cost to you. FNHA covers the full cost of your sessions.
- Direct Billing: We handle all the paperwork and bill FNHA directly. You never have to worry about invoices or upfront payments
- Flexible Framework: Coverage is typically granted for a set number of hours per year, and we can easily apply for extensions if ongoing support is needed for your healing.
Eligible FNHA Crisis Response & Wellness Programs
We provide counseling under the following specialized FNHA health benefit programs:
- Mental Health Outpatient Program (MHOP): For general mental health, wellness, and personal growth support.
- Indian Residential School Resolution Health Support Program (IRS RHOP): Dedicated support for Residential School Survivors and their families to navigate intergenerational trauma and healing.
- Missing and Murdered Indigenous Women and Girls (MMIWG): Specialized, deeply compassionate support for those impacted by the MMIWG crisis.

Do I need a referral from a doctor?
No. You do not need a referral from a physician to access FNHA counselling benefits with us. You can reach out to us directly.
Is my privacy protected?
Absolutely. Your privacy and confidentiality are sacred to us. All counselling sessions are strictly confidential, and no personal session details are shared with external agencies, including FNHA, outside of the standard billing logistics.
